Our family pic
We are so blessed to have the extended family that we have. Christmas brought us parties with the Colellas, the Browns, and then the Galisos. It was sad without Papa, but Nana and the kids kept us smiling! There are so many wonderful pictures, I really had a had time chosing just a few!!

Ok, SCS friends! Here is a sampling of the Halloween candy bar covers. They really came out cute--all 35 of them! I used the cricut to cut out the names, and dollar stamps from AC moore for the stamps. I also included some of my cards. I always forget to take a picture of them. I am trying to get better! Enjoy!

We ventured to the doctor's last Monday and Lexie was able to get the cast off for good! The doctor thought her foot looked great and she is finally able to wear a shoe. When Mike and I were walking out behind her, we were amazed at how straight her leg and foot were! She has started physical therapy and is walking without her crutches. She is hopefully at the end of the very long trail!

Well as you can see from the pics, Henry had an allergic reaction to something. We think it was a bee that I am sure he was trying to play with. We were cleaning and had put him outside. I do check on him because he is a puppy and still gets into things...really he does:)!! Well when I looked out the window I couldn't believe what I saw. I yelled for Mike, and we immediately called the vets office. He told us to give him benedryll, but then Lexie started yelling that he wasn't breathing right! The vet told us to bring him right in. We rushed him to Seneca Falls, and of course I cried the whole time! We got him there and the vet took one look at him and rushed to get benedryll and cortizone shots. Then he examined him. He thought that he was okay so we took him home. The pics are about an hour after he got his shots, so the swelling started to come down. He was so swollen that I thought he was going to pop! Thank goodness that he is okay. I could not even imagine something happening to him. Now I am afraid to put him outside! Never a dull moment our lives!

Jonny decided to run for SGO for his 6th grade team. Here are some off the posters we made with the CRICUT (thanks Mikey!). He had to get up and make a speech in front of the whole 6th grade--that is AWESOME!! Although he didn't win :(, he did a GREAT job and we are very proud of him. There is always next year...

I just thought this was the cutest picture of Jonny with his friend Tyler. Tyler's mom, Jackie, took it off the 2 of them at the baseball picnic in August--thanks Jackie! Can you tell which one is Jonny? Clue: Tyler has red hair(hence the WHITE legs!) and LOVES the Yankees, and Jonny--well you know what he looks like and he is a die-hard Red Sox fan!!!

Today was Mike's 41st birthday. It is also Jack, my step-dad's birthday. So each year we have a celebration together. Of course it there is always a football game on, so we have to coerce Mike out of the backroom for cake and gifts!! Happy birthday Honey!!! We love you lots!!
We went to visit Dr. Katz on Wednesday. They took off Lexie's cast, and when they removed the padding Lexie screamed out "OMG, I have a man-leg!". It was quite hairy and we really couldn't believe it! She was mad because I forgot the razor--SORRY! We were amazed when we saw the pics of the xray--we could actually see an arch! But even though the doctor said it looked good, she needed another cast and it will be on for 5 more weeks :( She was sad, but at least she will be able to walk on it!

Here is a pic of our newest member of our family...Henry. We adopted Henry from a shelter in Waterloo. He is mostly Golden Retriever, but has something esle--maybe Chesapeake Bay retriever? Not sure...but we love him all the same. He is 6 months old and is usually very good, but is there a full moon this week?!!! :0) By the way the 3 cats...HATE him!!
Hi everyone. It is hard to believe that we have "celebrated" the first day of school already. Lexie started 8th grade on crutches, and Jonny started 6th grade. I cannot believe they are both in middle school. It makes it so much easier to have them in the same school again. Lexie already had a fit because I will be volunteering to chaperone the 8th grade trip to Boston in May. LOL!! Enjoy the pics!
